Must-have: Skills 10+ years of hands-on Java development with strong OOP, collections/concurrency basics, and clean code principles. Deep expertise in Spring Boot including job/step configuration, readers/processors/writers, chunking, partitioning, and recovery strategies. Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with Spring (Web/WebFlux), including resilient integrations and secure service-to-service communication. Proven SQL and PostgreSQL proficiency: complex queries, indexing fundamentals, transaction handling, and performance tuning for ETL-style workloads. Experience with Spring Data JPA and JDBC Template for both ORM and query-driven data access patterns.
