Experience Required: Prior experience leading or supervising a mailroom teamA Mailroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a busy mailroom and ensuring that incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and related services are handled accurately and efficiently. This role involves leading the mailroom team, coordinating workflow, maintaining organization and security, and ensuring timely service to employees and the overall organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced team leader who can manage day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the mailroom team. Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and distribution. Assign workloads and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks. Maintain mailroom organization, security, procedures, and inventory. Serve as the point of contact for mailroom operations and resolve issues as they arise.
