Requirements:
Must have availability during evenings, holidays & weekends.- Minimum of 2 years experience; professional culinary training a plus.- Responsible for following recipes for production items, while also maintaining cleanliness & organization, with a strong sense of urgency.- Collaborate with the back of the house team during peak service times to provide assistance & communicate needs effectively.- Ability to work well under pressure & thrive without supervision. Candidates should be able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, a keen sense of urgency, includingthe ability to multitask, with an abiding positive attitude are qualities we value in our team members.
