U.S. Customs Brokerage Compliance / Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of U.S. Customs Brokerage operations from ISF filing through final entry processing and import compliance.
Ensure compliance with all CBP regulations, Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) requirements, and other import regulations.
Oversee customs entry processing, data entry, classification, and regulatory compliance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
Research and resolve customs, compliance, and operational issues quickly and effectively.
Support and mentor team members while helping improve operational processes and efficiencies.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experiencein U.S. Customs Brokerage or international trade operations.
At least 2–3 years of management or supervisory experiencepreferred.
Extensive hands-on experience with:
ISF filings
Customs entry processing
Data entry
Import compliance
HTS classification
Duty assessment and valuation
CBP regulations and requirements
Partner Government Agency (PGA) requirements
Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs laws and regulations, including 19 CFR.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
A positive attitude, sound judgment, strong common sense, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Broker License preferred but not necessary.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
