The primary responsibility of the position will be to process and retain firm evidence and records consistent with internal policies, statutory requirements, and State Bar regulations. This is a fully onsite position; remote and hybrid options are not available for this position. Dordick Law Corporation is an award-winning, civil litigation personal injury law firm. Our practice is primarily focused on catastrophic personal injury, negligence, product defects, and road design. We offer a competitive salary (based on your qualifications and experience) as well as a handsome benefits package that includes our group health, vision, and dental coverage (all 100% paid by the firm) as well as a 401k program, FSA, and DCFSA. We also offer bonus pay, professional development assistance, and the opportunity to attend our annual trial college in Los Cabos, Mexico! The Records Manager will be responsible for processing and organizing a variety of evidence and case-related documents, and for the proper handling, care, storage, preservation, and tracking of the same. The Records Manager will learn and use various software to organize and preserve electronic records, create and maintain physical files and systems, and complete other routine processes with the goal of making all evidence and records accessible, organized, and ready for others to work with. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise discretion, stay organized among competing priorities, and communicate clearly and effectively with staff and external stakeholders. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
