Booking Support SpecialistRemote | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided We're looking for organized, responsive individuals to help clients with booking details, confirmations, updates, and general coordination. As aBooking Support Specialist, you'll assist with gathering information, organizing reservation details, answering routine questions, and helping keep each client's plans accurate and up to date. Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll HandleAssist with booking requests and confirmations Gather client preferences, dates, and important details Provide updates and follow up on pending items Help organize accommodation, transportation, and activity information Maintain accurate client records Assist with changes or adjustments Research available options when needed Keep booking details organized throughout the process What We're Looking ForStrong organization and attention to detail Clear, professional communication Dependable follow-through Comfort working independently Ability to manage multiple requests Familiarity with email and online systems Willingness to learn new tools and processes Adaptability when details change Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
