Location: Girard, OH

Pay: $17.00+/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMShift may change to 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM based on production needs.

Status: Temp-to-HireMancan Staffing is seeking a dependable Annealing / Cleaning / Sorting / Shipping Associate for a manufacturing facility in Girard, Ohio. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Candidates will be responsible for operating equipment, inspecting products, maintaining quality standards, and preparing materials for shipment while following all safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities: Set up and operate production equipment, including loading products into machines. Read and interpret engineering drawings (blueprints), mill orders, work instructions, and operating procedures. Inspect finished products and maintain quality standards using scales, micrometers, Vernier calipers, and Rockwell hardness testers. Prepare part identification (pan) tags and complete daily production reports. Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs with the machine shop as needed. Lubricate equipment and perform minor maintenance, including belt replacement. Operate forklifts and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Assist with annealing, cleaning, sorting, and shipping operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures to prevent injury and ensure quality production.

Minimum Qualifications: Ability to speak, read, and write English. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Mechanically inclined. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to perform physical work, including frequent lifting and moving materials. Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
