Overview:
Seeking a Quality Engineer with 2+ years of manufacturing experience and hands-on IATF 16949 experience to support a growing precision manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 QMSLead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
- Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSAPartner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers on quality issues
- Analyze quality data, reduce scrap, and improve process capability
- Support internal, customer, and supplier audits
- Investigate customer complaints and internal nonconformances
Requirements:
- 2+ years Quality Engineering/Quality Systems experience in manufacturingIATF 16949 experience required
- Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
- Experience with metal forming, springs, wire products, stamping, or precision manufacturing is a plus
