This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that supports some of the nation's most recognized brands, including Lowe's, Amazon, Target, and Walmart.What You Will Do:Responsible for handling work ticket orders for their national accounts received electronically or by phone, a lot of the calls can be outbound in nature.Qualifying/verifying customer requests.Checking technicians in and out, and booking/dispatching purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions in a timely manner.Effectively managing Customer Requests for service by ensuring prompt, knowledgeable service to the customers' satisfaction.Other duties as assignedShift detailsSHIFT DETAILSTUESDAY - SATURDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PMSUNDAY - THURSDAY 1:00PM - 10:00PMFRIDAY - MONDAY 11:00AM - 10:00PMTraining hours for first 2 weeks: First day will be 8:30 PM-4, and the rest of training (4-6 weeks) will be 7:30-4 PM. Classroom training for the first 2 weeks, followed by floor shadowing and training.
