About the role
Guidehouse supports mission-focused clients by building data-driven solutions that improve financial management visibility and audit readiness outcomes. In this onsite role in Indianapolis, you will help design financial dashboards, modernize reporting, and support technology-enabled transformation aligned to Army Audit Readiness objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
Contribute to a data-driven team supporting Army Audit Readinessobjectives across financial management and technology enablement.
Design and buildfinancial dashboards and data visualizationsthat turn complex financial and operational information into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Act as aproduct managerfor financial management technology solutions, defining requirements and ensuring alignment with audit readiness and compliance standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements, prioritize features, and manage delivery ofscalable solutionsthat improve transparency and efficiency.
Review current financial processes and systems to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and support modernization initiatives.
Help integrateadvanced analytics and automation toolsusing platforms such as Power BI, Qlik, Power Apps, and Databricksto strengthen reporting and decision-making.
Ensure solutions meetfederal financial management standards, audit readiness needs, and applicable compliance frameworks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and support iterative development cycles to deliver quality solutions.
Key skills and qualifications Ability toOBTAIN and MAINTAINa Federal or DoD\"SECRET\"security clearance, with approved adjudication prior to onboarding.
ACTIVE \"SECRET\"clearance or higher-level clearance is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BIand Qlik, plus familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks.
Understanding of federal financial management processes, audit readiness requirements, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
Ability tocommuteto client and Guidehouse offices in the respective locations 3 days per week.
