The job applicant shall be required for the following(a)   Build, stabilize and profit: join ground densification firm. We seek senior managers to lead on a selected ground densification project. Share profit as we build the ground. During interviews for selection, the candidate and owner will discuss with a qualified candidate, how much percentage of total profit made by GRDDI on a successful project shall be shared by the selected senior manager.(b)  Key responsibilities are:1.     Lead Projects: Drive displacement compacted sand piles with a specialized and patented method or patented porous pipe piles filled with compacted sandy soils or patented prestressed porous reinforced concrete piles to densify layers of clayey or sandy soils for densification and rapid consolidation (US Patent No. US 10844568 B1).2.     Manage, hire and oversee field crews of operators of earthmoving and pile driving equipment etc., project engineers and subcontractors, safely, efficiently and following labor laws and the laws of the county or city.3.     Control budgets: Track job costs, schedules with quality control 4.     Client relation: Build and keep strong ties with structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, general civil engineers and general contractors, developers and architects.5.     Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction, or master’s degree in geotechnical engineering. About 10 years’ experience with a ground modification firm with a senior manager position is required.6.     Profits: earn a piece of company profits on every successful project.7.     Medical benefit packages are also planned.
