Baker Botts L.L.P. is seeking an Executive Compensation & Benefits Associate for our New York, Dallas or Houston office. Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience advising on equity plans, executive employment agreements, and compensation and benefits matters arising in M&A, IPO and other transactions. This high-visibility role offers early ownership of workstreams, exposure to leadership, and the chance to shape a growing national practice while collaborating with partners across offices.
