Compensation: Top performers earn $85,000+ annually, including commissions
Schedule: Full-time
Work Arrangement: Onsite only (not a remote position)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute growth strategies
  • Track leads, sales activities, and pipeline progress
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Reliable transportation required for commuting to the Secaucus office
