About the role
Leading a team of consultants and accountants, the full-time salaried California CPA Senior Manager will provide accounting and advisory services, develop client relationships, oversee project delivery, and contribute to the firm's strategic growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage complex projects related to accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and performance improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance on accounting standards and best practices
Supervise, mentor, and coach a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
Active CPA license is required
Seven years of experience in public accounting or an accounting department, demonstrating progression in complexity and scope
Minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) is required
