- Program Leadership:
- Engage patients, community stakeholders, and clinical partners to leverage real-world data to evaluate care delivery, patient outcomes, and disparities.
- Translate research findings into clinical and programmatic insights that directly impact care delivery within the Center for Personalized Medicine.
- Develop and lead programs that are aligned with institutional priorities
- Mentorship & Professional Contribution:
- Provide guidance to genetic counseling students, research coordinators, and junior staff involved in personalized medicine research activities.
- Contribute to the professional development and training of team members across clinical and research functions.
