About the role
To support the planning and design of utility infrastructure for transportation projects, the full-time remote Senior Transportation Utility Engineer will lead utility engineering activities, manage investigations and assessments, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead utility engineering activities for transportation projects, including highways and bridges
Manage utility investigations, field assessments, and existing-conditions documentation
Identify utility conflicts and develop strategies for relocation and mitigation
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 8 years of experience in utility engineering or transportation design
Experience in utility coordination for transportation or public infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of utility systems and conflict analysis
Proficiency with engineering design software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
