Job DescriptionHigh End Residential Project Manager NeededCurrently seeking an experienced Project Manager to fill an opening with a High End Residential General Contractor located in New York, NY. Interested candidates should have 5+ years construction experience with at least 3 years of that experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.Responsibilities of the Project Manager - NYC Luxury Residential ConstructionDirect responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from pre-construction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.Report directly to senior managementOversee budget managementDevelopment and management of all project documentationSubcontractor contract managementProject reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.Requirements of the Construction Project Manager - NYC Luxury Residential ConstructionAt least 3 years of project management experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering degree or equivalent education and experience.Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.\nCompany DescriptionWe are a specialized talent search firm focused on the construction industry in the New York City area.
