Senior Manager of Digital MerchandisingRuggable is seeking a commercially-driven, analytical, and highly organized Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising to lead the delivery of a best-in-class global shopping experience. Reporting to the Vice President of eCommerce, you will be the primary architect of Ruggable's digital storefront, ensuring our product catalog is presented with precision, relevance, and commercial intent.Success in this role means moving beyond "site maintenance" to "active trading." You will work in close partnership with UX/UI, Creative Marketing, and Digital Content teams to build a cohesive user journey that balances storytelling with shopability. As an expert communicator with a rare taste level and a discerning eye for brand elevation, you possess a unique ability to weave data and commercial objectives into sophisticated briefs and on-site experiences that inspire creative teams and align leadership. You lead with a refined, confident POV, ensuring every user journey is culturally relevant, brand-consistent, and aesthetically superior.In this capacity, you will manage a team of Site Merchandisers, implementing new procedures and building efficiencies across existing workflows while fostering an environment that motivates and inspires. You are a Figma power-user, a project management powerhouse, and a "launch day" leader who ensures marketing and site updates go live flawlessly and on schedule across our NA, AU, and EU storefronts.What You'll DoStrategic Campaign Leadership & Product FlowUnified Campaign Vision: Serve as the authoritative voice for site experience during campaign planning. Partner with Creative Marketing to ensure brand campaigns are translated effectively to the digital storefront, taking Paid, Retention, and Social partners on a clear, confident journeyMonthly Product Flow Planning: Lead the planning of monthly product flows, driving the team to upload products and assets much further in advance to ensure a proactive, "clean" site transition and reduce last-minute "fire drills."Launch Day "Command Center": Lead the end-to-end execution of launch days. Coordinate the exact moment products go live alongside marketing pushes, ensuring 100% alignment across all digital touchpointsUX/UI Collaboration: Maintain a continuous feedback loop with the UX/UI team to optimize site components, ensuring that new features or layout changes enhance both the aesthetic "taste level" and the commercial conversion of the siteVisualization via Figma: Leverage Figma to prototype new site experiences and merchandising layouts. Use these mockups to bridge the gap between Creative vision and UI constraints, aligning stakeholders before engineering executionCommercial Site Trading & Data StorytellingActive Site Trading: Maintain a relentless "trading" mentality. Proactively read out business performance week-to-week, leveraging BI tools and Yotpo insights to identify opportunities for maximizing AUV, AOV, CVR, RPV, and cash salesAnalytics Partnership: Maintain close connectivity with the Analytics team to evolve our reporting. Engage the Analytics team in our strategic roadmap so they can help tell the story of site performance through actionable metricsCustomer Insight Integration: Partner with the Consumer Experience (CE) Lead to digest product feedback and Yotpo reviews, using findings to influence site tagging, filtering logic, and "Shop the Look" modulesCatalog Mastery: Oversee the Catalog Specialist to ensure total data integrity. Guarantee every product is accurately tagged, categorized, and attributed for optimal searchabilityOperational Excellence & Team LeadershipProcess Innovation: Audit existing workflows to identify friction points. Implement new, high-efficiency procedures and "net new" operational frameworks that increase the team's speed-to-marketRigorous Site QA: Establish and enforce a "zero-defect" QA standard across the team. Lead the QA process across mobile and desktop to ensure all filters, tags, and navigation paths function perfectlyMotivational Leadership: Act as the primary driver of team morale and inspiration. Foster a culture of high-ownership, commercial curiosity, and pride in "site perfection" among the Site MerchandisersSite Experience & Product DiscoveryConstructor Ownership: Own the search and browse experience. Level up site complexity by introducing personalized product recommendation sequencing and sophisticated cross-sell carouselsNavigation Evolution: Obsess over the details of site navigation and filtering across all global storefronts (NA, AU, EU) to ensure discovery is frictionlessWhat You'll Need to HaveRequired:Experience: 7+ years in site merchandising (D2C/Apparel/Home décor preferred) with 3-5+ years of direct people management experienceVisualization Skills: Well-versed in Figma for prototyping and site experience planningPlatform Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in Shopify, Constructor, Yotpo, and BI tools (Sigma/Looker/GA4)Project Management & Tooling Architecture: Expert-level proficiency in managing complex, cross-functional workflows.
