Norstella is seeking a Senior Forge AI Engineer to shape a greenfield agentic platform, Forge, across orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and safety primitives. You will own the end-to-end design from memory to deployment in production. The role spans the full stack, with emphasis on memory across multi-step runs, inter-agent trust, and scalable cost attribution, delivering robust agent-based workflows in a regulated pharma context.
