Woodwell Climate Research Center is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to lead HR strategy in a mission-driven research environment. You will be a strategic partner to the COO, shaping organizational design, policies, and a culture of accountability. You will oversee the P&C team, drive talent management, DEAB initiatives, and ensure compliance while guiding staff development and engagement as the organization grows.
