Now let us help you earn your LCSW.New Haven Youth & Family Services is looking for a compassionate and motivated Associate Social Worker (ASW) to join our clinical team working with at-risk adolescent boys in a residential/non-public school setting giving you the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and provide consistent, hands-on clinical support throughout their treatment journey. This is an excellent opportunity for an ASW who wants meaningful clinical experience, dedicated supervision, and the opportunity to earn supervised hours toward LCSW licensure while making a real difference in the lives of young people. Dedicated clinical supervision to support you in obtaining your LCSW hours Consistent opportunities for direct clinical experience Individual, family, and group therapy Work alongside an experienced, supportive multidisciplinary team Professional development and opportunities to strengthen your clinical skills Meaningful work with high school-aged boys navigating behavioral, emotional, and social challenges The opportunity to develop strong therapeutic relationships with youth in a residential environment What You'll Do As a Treatment Manager, you will serve as the clinical lead for assigned students and will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy under supervision Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Build positive, therapeutic relationships with high school-aged boys Coordinate care with families and community providers Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Provide crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization support Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required Current California ASW registration required Commitment to obtaining your LCSWExperience working with adolescent youth required Knowledge of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and family systems Strong communication, relationship-building, and teamwork skills Ability to remain calm, patient, and supportive when working with challenging behaviors Valid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record Why New Haven?
