Job Description
Hours: 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $25/hour
This is a six month contracted role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management deems necessary. Customer Order ManagementManage the complete customer order cycle, from order entry through fulfillment and final resolution. Maintain accurate customer records, documents, reports, and other required paperwork. Maintain and update multiple databases and business systems to ensure information is accurate and current. Customer Relationship ManagementManage an assigned group of customer accounts and maintain positive, productive customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service and work to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Support activities and initiatives designed to strengthen customer relationships and grow the business.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns, including billing, order, delivery, and quality-related matters, in a timely and professional manner. Respond to a high volume of customer emails and phone calls while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and provide accurate reports and information for both internal and external customers. Provide support to the Outside Sales team and other internal customers as needed.
Continuous Improvement & Business Support: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum of five years of experience in customer service, customer collaboration, or inside sales with a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a proven track record of stable and consistent employment. Experience managing customer accounts and coordinating the end-to-end order process, from order entry through fulfillment and resolution, is preferred. Experience working with CRM, ERP and other business systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology and software. Organizational & Time Management SkillsStrong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Problem Solving & Continuous Learning: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to learn new processes, systems, and procedures quickly. Ability and willingness to learn and work within multiple ERP and business systems.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Willingness to ask questions, seek assistance, and collaborate with others when needed. Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with individuals across the organization.
Accountability & Customer Focus: Dependable and accountable with a strong commitment to meeting customer and business needs. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Communication Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical & Systems Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Experience with Salesforce preferred.
