Executive Producer Miami, FL | Full Time Summary Entravision is seeking a highly experienced and driven Executive Producer to joinour national news operation,streaming-first news operation serving U.S. Hispanic audiences across digital, social, OTT, FAST, and connected TV platforms. The ideal candidate is an experienced newsroom leader with exceptional editorial judgment, a passion for breaking news, and a deep understanding of the issues that matter most to Hispanic audiences across the United States, Latin America, and around the world. Essential Functions Lead the daily editorial planning and execution of live and recorded news programming. Manage, mentor, and inspire producers, writers, anchors, and production teams to deliver compelling, high-quality journalism. Drive editorial decision-making during breaking news and major developing stories. Partner with the Vice President of News to execute newsroom strategy, special coverage, and long-term editorial initiatives. Ensure all content reflects the highest standards of journalistic integrity, accuracy, fairness, and storytelling. Champion digital-first production workflows and create content optimized for streaming and social platforms. Foster a collaborative, high-performance newsroom culture built on accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements Required Education and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Producer in a national Spanish-language television, streaming, or digital news organization. Native or near-native fluency in written and spoken Spanish; strong English communication skills preferred. Extensive knowledge of U.S., Hispanic, Latin American, and international news. Strong editorial judgment with the ability to make quick decisions under deadline pressure. Deep understanding of streaming news, digital publishing, audience engagement and multi-platform content distribution. Experience with newsroom systems, production technology, and digital workflows. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a collaborative management style. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel, as major news events require. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a Full Time position, Monday through Friday. Must be able to work Holidays as needed and the necessary hours to perform the duties as outlined above. Actual schedule and hours may vary. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY Reports directly to VP Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives for Broadcast.
