About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with at least 4 years of professional experience to transform complex business data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business performance. This position offers an opportunity to work within a large enterprise environment, collaborating with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Finance, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to develop analytical solutions that improve organizational performance. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and interpreting structured datasets, developing interactive dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate combines strong expertise in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence reporting with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. We are looking for an analytical professional who can go beyond producing reports to identify trends, explain performance drivers, uncover business opportunities, and support measurable improvements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple enterprise systems and business sources. Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze datasets. Develop interactive dashboards, automated reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence platforms. Analyze business performance, customer behavior, operational efficiency, and emerging trends. Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks. Perform exploratory data analysis, trend analysis, variance analysis, and statistical assessments. Use Python, Excel, and analytical tools to streamline reporting and automate repetitive data tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Identify data inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and support improvements in data quality. Develop clear reports and presentations that communicate analytical findings to business leadership. Support forecasting, business planning, and performance improvement through data-driven insights. Maintain documentation for data definitions, analytical methodologies, and reporting processes.
Job Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting Analytics, or a closely related analytical role required. Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, common table expressions, and analytical functions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable data visualization and business intelligence tools. Experience using Python, including pandas and NumPy, for data analysis or automation is highly valued. Strong understanding of data cleaning, validation, transformation, and exploratory data analysis. Experience with data warehouses, relational databases, and enterprise reporting environments. Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or comparable cloud data platforms is advantageous. Knowledge of statistical analysis, KPI development, dashboard design, and business performance measurement. Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders. Excellent written, verbal, and data presentation skills.

Contribute to data-driven decision-making across business functions. Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and analytical efficiency. Support data governance, data quality, and consistent metric definitions. Provide analytical perspectives for digital transformation and business improvement initiatives.
