Company :Highmark HealthJob Description :JOB SUMMARYThis role will be hybrid f you live within 50 miles of an office you are required to be onsite 3 days a week (T, W, Th). Remote outside of 50 miles.This role will be the driving force behind our digital product strategy and execution. Incumbent will lead our digital product management teams to define, develop, and deliver innovative digital solutions that meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and drive significant value. This role demands a digital product leader with a strong customer focus, a passion for digital innovation, and proven leadership abilities.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESPerform management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.Product Planning & Execution: Oversee digital product delivery activity, from ideation and concept validation to launch and ongoing optimization. Ensure products are aligned with customer needs, market demands, and technical capabilities.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including technology, marketing, sales, and customer service. Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs and behaviors through market research, data analysis, and direct customer interaction. Translate insights into actionable product requirements and design improvementsData-Driven Decision Making: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Use data to inform product decisions and prioritize development efforts. Develop and implement strategies for product optimization, growth, and expansion.Innovation & Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
