WAPosition Responsibilities: Act as an ambassador between design and development, using the appropriate communication language Build coded front‑end UI prototypes using current design standards Work with product owner to create UI requirements based on business, technical and user needs Help determine technical feasibility of initial designs Participate in user testing sessions Work with development team to ensure UI components are reusable and assist in visual testing efforts to maintain original layout and function Support and contribute to UX design standards as part of the design team
Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of responsive front‑end design and development experience Experience with Angular, Java Script, HTML, CSS, and other modern languages and frameworks Experience with Google’s Material Design guidelines and best practices for web applications Understanding of Apple’s design guidelines and best practices for iOS and iPadOSPreferred
Qualifications: Experience developing modern, front‑end UI for web applications Develop coded prototypes for usability testing Strategic design thinker Effective time‑management skills Strong technical and design communication skills Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay with variable compensation. Eligible employees may enroll in health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and paid/unpaid leave. Pay range $127,500 – $172,500. Employer will not sponsor visa.
