About the role
Affim is building a consumer loyalty program from the ground up. You will define the vision, design earn/burn mechanics, and align with Risk, Legal, and Marketing to ensure compliant, compelling rewards. You will lead embedded teams, ship features quickly, and measure long-term value through LTV and incremental tests.
The role requires strong product leadership in fintech, a passion for delightful UX, and a track record of launching consumer programs that drive repeat usage and revenue growth.
