What You’ll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming communications Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency Greet clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and polished front office experience Manage scheduling, conference room bookings, and attorney calendars as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, data entry, and file management Provide support to legal assistants and administrative staff as needed
What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Prior experience in a legal setting is a huge plus or a desire to enter the legal field!
