About the role

To support the analytics roadmap, the full-time Senior Analyst, Care will leverage advanced data analysis and modeling techniques to provide strategic insights for the Customer Care team, optimizing care functions and enhancing customer experience in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities: Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand analytical needs and align on project scope Analyze network trends to identify growth opportunities and generate predictive insights Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring key metrics and enable agile responses to market changes

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field 5+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or related field Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI Demonstrated ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems
