About the role
We’re Hiring: Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Manager📍 Indianapolis, IN | 💰 $90,000–$95,000 Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Manager to lead domestic and international regulatory compliance for a cosmetic manufacturer in Indianapolis. This is a key role responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance while partnering across the organization to support business growth, product compliance, and international market expansion.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the Regulatory Affairs & Compliance function, including regulatory systems, documentation, deadlines, and compliance programs. Ensure compliance with FDA cosmetic requirements and MoCRA, including facility registrations and product listings. Manage adverse event reporting, consumer safety assessments, and regulatory risk evaluations. Oversee domestic and international product registrations and market access requirements. Review ingredients, formulas, labels, packaging, and product information for regulatory compliance. Support Proposition 65, packaging, recycling, and EPR compliance. Monitor regulatory developments and communicate changes and requirements across the organization. Serve as the primary regulatory contact for Biorius and other external regulatory partners. Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Operations, Customer Service, and international distributors. Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal teams and partners.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.3+ years of experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs, compliance, quality, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of FDA cosmetic regulations and MoCRA.Experience with adverse event reporting and consumer risk assessment. Working knowledge of Proposition 65 and ingredient restrictions. Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and regulatory deadlines. International cosmetics regulatory experience is a plus. Experience with Biorius or similar regulatory partners preferred.
