  • Ability to perform basic statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of Quality System Regulations (QSR)
  • Knowledge of quality control and defect trending
  • Ability to accurately document inspection and audit results
  • Ability to follow safety, environmental, and quality standards Responsibilities:
  • Perform various product testing procedures and simple statistical analysis
  • Complete inspections of products prior to release according to applicable specifications
  • Review raw materials and finished goods prior to warehouse or shipment transfer
  • Sign release documentation when applicable
  • Compile and review release documentation for lot Device History Records (DHRs)
  • Submit completed documentation to supervision for final approval
  • Perform statistical sampling of hold products according to applicable specifications
  • Record inspection and audit findings on appropriate forms and/or in the SAP Quality Module
  • Identify and report product nonconformances to the appropriate Quality and Production leadership
  • Monitor product quality and control chart defect trends
  • Maintain compliance with Quality System Regulations
