About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Patient Operations Lead to guide patients through their treatment journey after they begin care with our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes ownership of ensuring every patient experience runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities: Coordinate patient schedules, including procedures, follow-ups, and treatment sessions Guide patients through timelines, next steps, and preparation requirements Ensure all necessary documentation and requirements are completed prior to treatment Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and updates Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support a seamless experience Assist with tracking payments and ensuring accounts remain up to date Maintain an organized, efficient, and well-managed daily schedule Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a medical, aesthetic, or high-touch customer coordination role required Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working with systems and technology What Sets You Apart Experience in a cosmetic or medical practice Ability to anticipate needs and follow through independently Strong sense of ownership and accountability Passion for delivering a high-quality patient experience
