About the Role: The Media Solutions Strategist keeps Carnegie Media Solutions campaigns on track and clients happy. This person is the bridge between sales, the client, and the teams that build and run campaigns — making sure integrated media programs (PPC, social, programmatic) launch on time and hit what the client signed up for. The role also feeds into sales, using results to help close renewals and grow accounts. What You'll OwnSales Support & Solutioning Join sales calls as the media expert, answering technical questions and explaining what's possible. Work with sales before contracts are signed to make sure proposed media plans are realistic and match what the client actually needs. Spot at-risk clients early and work to fix the relationship before it turns into a non-renewal.
Project Management & Delivery: Run campaigns from kickoff to launch, keeping them on time and on budget. Manage the back-and-forth between the client and the teams doing the work (search, social, creative, media ops), and clear roadblocks as they come up. Own campaign accuracy — check that what launches matches the signed insertion order and the client's goals.
Reporting, Insights & Retention: Give final review on monthly reports so the numbers are right and the story they tell is clear and useful. Dig into performance data to spot trends that support renewal and upsell conversations, not just optimization. Lead monthly client check-ins, walk through results, and point clients toward what to invest in next. Work with platform specialists to turn complex data into insight clients can act on.
Internal Collaboration: Stay on top of digital marketing trends and bring new ideas that improve client results and satisfaction. Keep communication open across teams so campaigns run smoothly from the inside out.
What You Bring: Bachelor's degree required; a major in marketing, advertising, business, or communications preferred.3+ years of experience in digital client success, account management, or media planning. Track record of supporting sales teams and keeping clients renewing. Clear communicator, written and verbal — comfortable presenting campaign performance to clients and internal teams alike. Solid grasp of digital marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and how they connect to renewals. Experience with data visualization tools (like Google Looker Studio) and analytics platforms (like Google Analytics).Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications a plus. Experience with Asana or similar project management tools a plus. Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills — able to work independently and troubleshoot before escalating. Comfortable working remotely, managing time well, and switching between multiple tech platforms day to day. Able to work at a computer for long stretches. Why This RoleThis role sits right at the center of the client relationship — where sales, delivery, and results come together. The person in this seat has a direct hand in whether campaigns succeed and whether clients stick around. It's a chance to build deep expertise across paid media channels while shaping how Carnegie tells its clients the story of their own success.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $70,000–$75,000. Your offer will reflect the experience, skills, and qualifications you bring.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
