About the role
Leading the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, the full-time Salesforce Principal will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure requirement integrity while working in a hands-on capacity within a complex, enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
Own the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including data models, automation, and integration boundaries
Maintain a traceable requirement baseline and produce impact assessments for client engagements
Lead and develop a squad through agile delivery processes, ensuring high-quality outputs and team growth
Required qualifications
Minimum of 12 years in enterprise business systems, with at least 6 years in Salesforce and 3 years as a senior practitioner
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and hands-on experience with Revenue Lifecycle Management or CPQ
Experience delivering change in large, customized Salesforce organizations with technical debt
Proven ability to lead agile delivery, including managing sprints and user stories
Salesforce certifications, including Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant; additional certifications are advantageous
