About the role

MRI Technologist Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a contract assignment at a partnering hospital in Olympia Fields, Illinois. As an MRI Tech, you'll use advanced imaging technology to provide high-quality diagnostic scans that help physicians accurately diagnose and treat patients.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related fieldARRT or ARMRIT or CAMRT registered
  • Phillips MRI Systems experience
  • Current state license (if applicable)BLS certification required 2 years of recent MRI Tech experience in a hospital or imaging center
  • Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and patient care skillsMRI Tech Contract Details:$1,556 - $1,713 per week*Hospital setting13 week contract, with possibility to extend
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MRI examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and accurate positioning during scans
  • Operate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues
  • Review images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic quality
  • Maintain patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Follow all safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration
