About the role
Build new cross-domain programs from concept through operationalization
Define program scope, stakeholders, governance frameworks, and success metrics
Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with MSK strategic priorities and HSO vision
Identify opportunities to address unmet needs and connect disparate initiatives
Facilitate Epic governance forums covering prioritization, approvals, risk management, and delivery decisions
Connect clinical, operational, research, and technical stakeholders
Track and report program health, adoption metrics, and outcomes to leadership
Manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of Epic enhancements across relevant domains
Identify dependencies, shared opportunities, and integration points across domain portfolios
Represent cross-domain programs in enterprise planning, release management, and governance forums
Align system functionality with operational needs in partnership with providers, clinicians, administrators, and the HSO team
Carry initiatives through the full Epic lifecycle, including design, build, testing, training, and adoption
Requirements 7–10 years of professional experience
5+ years of experience in healthcare IT
Minimum 2+ years managing Epic projects or system implementations
Epic certification required
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred
Strategic thinking linking enterprise objectives to executable delivery plans
Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building with clinical, operational, and technical leaders
Advanced problem-solving and risk management skills in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Clear, influential communication and governance leadership to drive alignment and decision-making
