Date: Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 Time: 9:00am CST 3:00pm CST
Location: Sugarland, TX - ONSITESpecific location details will be provided to candidates selected to interview. What to Expect: This is an onsite, interview-focused hiring event designed to fast-track qualified candidates through our hiring process. Meet directly with our hiring team in person. Participate in an onsite interview during your scheduled time. Learn more about GetixHealth/ARStrat and our onsite work environment. Selected candidates may move forward quickly in the hiring process.
What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills. Healthcare, medical billing, insurance follow-up, collections, or call center experience preferred. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work onsite in Sugar Land, TX.
Compensation:
  • Medical Collections Specialist: $16.00 per hour + Eligible for up to a $3,500 monthly bonus based on performance.
  • Healthcare Customer Service Specialist: $16 -$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Additional BONUS opportunity: Customer Service positions may also be eligible for a $500 quarterly bonus based on production and quality performance.
