Typical responsibilities include: Greeting customers as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate sales or service staff. Coordinating the scheduling and preparation of new vehicle deliveries. Inspecting vehicles before delivery to ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready. Explaining vehicle features, controls, infotainment systems, and basic maintenance to new owners. Pairing customers' phones with the vehicle's Bluetooth and helping set up technology features. Completing delivery paperwork and ensuring all required documents are signed. Following up with customers after delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction. Working closely with the sales, finance, service, and detailing departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
