Description*We are actively seeking candidates based in Washington state: this role requires flexibility, as it follows a hybrid model with time split between remote work and being onsite at our office in Redmond, WA. Candidates should also be comfortable occasionally traveling to client sites throughout the greater Seattle area based on needs.*AG Consulting Partners is a boutique consulting firm that partners with some of the world's most recognized tech and enterprise companies.We're looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-focused Director of Business Development to help us expand our presence with new and existing clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.This role is a unique opportunity to shape AGCP's growth strategy and connect companies with exceptional consulting talent and services. As a Director of Business Development for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following: Client & Relationship ManagementManage and grow a portfolio of target accounts and high-priority relationshipsSchedule and lead meetings with new and existing clients to identify consulting needs and growth opportunitiesConduct client satisfaction check-ins after project completionSales Strategy & ProspectingResearch industry trends and company updates to identify and prioritize prospectsBuild and execute outreach plans (calls, emails, events) to engage senior leaders at target companiesPartner with the executive team to refine and drive business development strategiesSales Operations & ReportingTrack goals, pipelines, and results against monthly targetsMaintain up-to-date contact records and key insights across accountsLead multiple concurrent sales campaigns from outreach through proposalThis job is for you if you: Love building relationships and helping clients solve complex business challengesAre equal parts strategic thinker and tactical executorAre a curious, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAre motivated by growth and eager to make a direct impact at a growing consultancyRequirementsYou have:5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting or professional servicesProven track record of outbound prospecting, cold calling, and growing client relationshipsStrong communication and executive presence — comfortable engaging C-level stakeholdersExperience collaborating across internal teams to bring new business to lifeA results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset — you're not afraid to roll up your sleevesYou might also have: Previous consulting experience or understanding of the consulting delivery modelExperience selling into large enterprise or Fortune 100 accountsFamiliarity with the Seattle market and its business ecosystemBenefitsAG Consulting Partners, Inc. is a Redmond-based boutique consulting firm.
