Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM (M-F)

Dress Code: Business casual with appropriate closed-toe shoes required for warehouse and production floor activities. Driving: Yes. The candidate will be required to perform client pickups and deliveries and may travel to client locations as needed. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
Job Description: Safely operate a forklift and pallet jack (training can be provided). Support production floor activities, including document preparation, sorting, staging, and project-related tasks. Perform client-facing pickups and deliveries in a professional manner. Follow established company standards for document tracking and inventory control. Maintain proper chain-of-custody procedures for all client documents. Travel as needed, including out-of-state assignments, to assist with client document boxing, pickups, and deliveries. Accurately complete required documentation and tracking logs. Adhere to all safety, quality, and security procedures. A dependable, detail-oriented candidate with strong customer service skills who can work in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating material-handling equipment, working with confidential documents, following chain-of-custody procedures, and interacting professionally with clients. This position requires extended periods of standing and walking, frequent lifting and moving of boxes, and the ability to handle materials throughout the workday. Equipment used may include forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse-related equipment. Forklift training can be provided.
