About the role

Clearsteps ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Lead BCBA to guide our team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs in delivering evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes. You will supervise, mentor, and develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments and data analyses, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure measurable progress and coordinated care.
