About the role

Monica Rich Kosann has a position with our luxury fine jewelry brand for a Sales Director for Independent Jewelry Store accounts in the Northeast and part of the eastern Mid-West. The candidate should have experience in luxury, fine jewelry, or watches as well as with the independent retail store accounts within those geos. Candidate should be a self starter who embraces the challenge of managing and growing their own sales territory and can develop continuing initiatives to maximize sales and success opportunities.
Responsibilities: Develop a strategic Sales Plan for the territory to include existing and new accounts Develop and implement sales strategies for each account Prepare product, merchandising, operational and financial sales strategies for all accounts Arrange remote and in person communications and visits as appropriate with all accounts to conduct trainings, trunk shows and other strategies to maximize sales. Engage with accounts and their teams on a regular basis to promote and create the most productive sales results and strong Brand/Store relationships
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years+ of related fine jewelry sales and account experience Strong selling skills and a passion for forging strong customer relationships Strong leadership skills Willingness to travel throughout the territory as required
