Job Functions / Responsibilities We are looking for a dedicated benefits professional for our team. In this role, you will: Manage PACCAR’s U.S. retirement programs team and to ensure they are economically sound, internally equitable and externally competitive. Design and administer U.S. retirement programs that include pension, 401(k) and supplemental plans. Develop engagement and communication strategies to increase employees’ awareness and appreciation of plans. Responsible for facilitating actuarial valuations, annual audits, annual government filings, required plan communications and portions of the annual report/10K.Manage vendor relationships to ensure all performance commitments are met and that PACCAR is receiving a high level of customer service. Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws for retirement programs and associated policies and procedures. Maintain plan documents. Conduct final review of pension calculations, estimated and final, as requested by participants.
Qualifications:
  • BA in Business, Human Resources or related field.8+ years of benefits, or related field, experience including team leadershipMBA preferred.
  • Established analytical and financial skills; strong project management skills; strong attention to detail; leadership skills; high level of commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of organization.
  • Retirement legal compliance experience with working knowledge of law.

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
