About the role

Splitero, Inc. seeks a People Business Partner to partner with people managers, owning performance management, compensation, and employee relations. You will lead investigations and coach managers to drive engagement and growth. This role reports to the VP of People and collaborates across People Operations in a fast-growing startup. Based in the San Diego area, you will shape scalable processes, policies, and training while supporting a remote-friendly, inclusive culture.
