Program ManagerLeads cross-functional teams to successfully deliver programs by meeting customer Statement of Work (SOW), timing, cost, and quality requirements. Manages projects in a matrix environment using structured processes and standard project management tools.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Initiation & PlanningAssess project feasibility with stakeholders using historical data and risk analysisDefine project scope, deliverables, risks, and assumptionsDevelop comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resources, communication)Build and baseline project schedules with cross-functional alignment and leadership approvalLead project kick-off and establish stakeholder communication plansExecutionManage cross-functional teams and allocate resources to meet project goalsExecute project plans, ensuring alignment with quality and safety standardsImplement change management and risk mitigation strategiesDrive team performance through leadership, coaching, and collaborationMonitoring & ControllingTrack project performance against timeline, budget, and KPIsManage scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal processesIdentify variances, implement corrective actions, and communicate status to stakeholdersEnsure on-time delivery through coordination with procurement and manufacturingCapture and apply lessons learned for continuous improvementProject ClosureEnsure all deliverables and launch requirements are completedObtain final stakeholder acceptance of project outcomesConduct lessons learned reviews and archive project documentationTransition program ownership to manufacturing/operations teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field49 years of program/project management experienceStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to travel up to 25%Core Skills & ExpertiseProject management (scope, cost, timing, risk, quality)Financial acumen and budgeting oversightExperience with new product launches and gated development processesCustomer and supplier relationship managementStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsLeadership & CompetenciesProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environmentStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsEffective communicator with stakeholders at all levelsSelf-driven with ability to manage ambiguityHigh ethical standards and commitment to safetySkilled in stakeholder alignment and consensus buildingWork EnvironmentHands-on involvement in manufacturing and launch activitiesAbility to work on production floor and at customer locationsCapable of lifting up to 35 lbsPreferred CertificationPMP (Project Management Professional) completed or in progress
