About the Opportunity:
We're partnering with a growing warehouse automation specialist headquartered in Europe that is expanding its North American service team. With a strong customer base across logistics, cold storage, and manufacturing, they're looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated crane and warehouse automation systems throughout the United States.
What You'll Be Doing:
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing of automated crane and ASRS systems Diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, and controls-related faults Support preventative maintenance activities Respond to customer breakdowns and service requests Coordinate with remote PLC specialists for advanced controls troubleshooting Manage customer claims and spare parts requirements when based in the Denver office Travel extensively throughout North America supporting customer sites Work directly with major global customers across warehousing and logistics environments Lone Working
What We're Looking For:
Mechanical Skills Hydraulics Pneumatics Bearings Chains and sprockets Gearboxes Lubrication systems Mechanical fault finding Electrical Skills MotorsVFDs / Drives Sensors Photoeyes Electrical troubleshooting Reading electrical drawings Controls Experience Basic PLC troubleshooting Ability to connect to PLCs and retrieve diagnostic information Understanding of industrial automation systemsPLC programming experience is not required.
