- We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote work is not available.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Previous office experience is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with data entry and filing.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry.
Organize and maintain paper and digital filing systems.
Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office.
Manage day to day office tasks.
Provide general administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
