We are seeking a career-driven individual for an exciting opportunity in the Nashville, TN area! Our client is a premier, US-based manufacturer of civil infrastructure products, which are specified into commercial and municipal projects. This company is an industry leader with a top-tier market position and a strong growth trajectory. The National Sales Manager will lead a high-performing sales team within a technical and highly specialized product division. This individual will be responsible for managing the team, while implementing strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field 7-15 years of sales and sales management experience in the construction or infrastructure industry
  • Proven track record of growing sales and leading successful teams
  • Experience with engineered or technical products preferred
Travel within the U.S, to engage with sales reps and customers. This position will require approx. 50% travel.
