What You'll Do as Product Manager, AI GrowthIn this role, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy, data, and cross-functional collaboration. Your core responsibilities include: Drive adoption strategy: Partner closely with other product teams to develop and execute plans that get Figma's biggest AI bets into users' hands. Run data-driven experiments: Build a portfolio of experiments and new features that help users discover the transformative impact of Figma's AI capabilities. Shape growth direction: Influence Figma's overall growth strategy as the business and product landscape continue to shift. Lead a high-velocity team: Guide a fast-executing, impact-driven team while collaborating deeply with Design, Engineering, and Product Leadership on both strategy and hands-on execution. What Figma Is Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings deep experience and a sharp perspective on where AI-powered product development is heading. Specifically, Figma wants to see: 7+ years of product management experience— you've shipped at scale and know how to navigate complex product spaces. Familiarity with AI-powered product developmentand a genuine point of view on how the industry will evolve. Experience leading major product or growth initiativesacross user-facing products. A track record of delivering impactthrough data-driven experimentation and strategic bets. Strong data and metrics fluency, with the ability to translate raw insights into actionable strategy. Cross-functional collaboration skillsacross product development, marketing, and business functions. Deep user empathy— you can navigate complex product spaces and truly understand what users need.
