Experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson Full-Time Mercedes-Benz of Dublin | Crown Automotive GroupIf youve worked a dealership parts counter, you know the routine: Five days a week, Saturdays are part of the deal, and your schedule is usually structured around what the dealership needs. We believed there was a better way so we built it. THE JOB IS FAMILIAR. THE SCHEDULE ISNT.Our Parts Department operates on a published, repeating 5-week rotation. Every parts counter person moves through the same scheduleregardless of seniority. Every five weeks, youll get: Three 4-day workweeks Work only 2 Saturdays out of every 5One scheduled weekday off each week A true 4-day weekend Friday through Monday40 scheduled hours every week A predictable schedule posted in advance Management provides backup coverage for vacations and unexpected absences whenever possible, helping us protect the rotation instead of routinely disrupting the teams schedule. Youre still working a full 40-hour week. Weve simply found a better way to schedule it. Our Ideal Candidate Has:12+ months of automotive dealership parts experience - retail automotive parts store experience will also be considered. Strong parts-counter, organizational, and computer skills Accuracy and efficiency in a busy dealership environment A work ethic your teammates can rely onValid, clean drivers license and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening Mercedes-Benz, highline, or import experience is a plusbut not required. We can teach you our brand and our systems. Whats much harder to teach is caring about the quality of your work.
